The Nomadine is a summer shelter, a “cabanon” (Mediterranean hut, traditionally for fishermen and shepherds) adapted to Mediterranean life style. It answers several housing problems, and offers solutions to the needs of simplicity and mobility related to holidays.

This hut is a wooden box with normalized dimensions to make the construction easier and permit to carry it by car, on a trailer (2.4 x 3.8, h=2.4 meters inside, and 2.6 x 4, h=2.8 m outside).

Opened out, the Nomadine doubles its passable area (from 9.8 to 15.6 square meters). It can be used as a caravan, to be pulled behind a car, as a minimal shelter on an otherwise unconstructible site, or as a dependency for a main house.

It is an esthetical and practical reinterpretation of the Mediterranean hut, and an interpretation of the camper, contemporary and durable.
